A neighborhood with very little privacy was the inspiration for this client to request a closed streetscape to the front of this house. An interior entry courtyard with giant skylight created sightlines to the view of Lake Washington. The courtyard, along with decks at the view side, gave the owners a way to enjoy the outdoors on their steep site.
